Dexis Consulting Group, and its partner, The QED Group, LLC, are implementing the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Global Health Program Cycle Improvement Project (GH Pro). GH Pro is an $89.5 million, five-and-a-half-year contract designed to support USAID operating units working on health-related activities in the Washington headquarters and field Missions with short-and medium-term technical assistance. GH Pro works across USAID's in its efforts towards “improving health and saving lives.”
GH Pro focuses on five components: 1) program and project evaluation, 2) Mission support, 3) technical assistance, 4) global health program and research management, and 5) meeting logistical support. Activities to support evaluation reinforce the Agency's commitment to systematically collect and analyze evidence to improve program performance as part of the overall USAID Global Health strategy agenda.
GH Pro is led by Julie Klement, who was the previous Project Director of the MEDS and GH TECH projects. Ms. Klement is a retired Health Foreign Service Officer and well-respected project manager, with more than 38 years of experience in international development and humanitarian assistance. "We look forward to supporting USAID’s ongoing work in the global health program cycle—from strategy, to project design, to monitoring and evaluation—and assisting with USAID health initiatives and capacity building efforts."
